Moulds manufacturing requires detailed assessments and a highly technical and focused approach.
Thanks to the acquisition of Grosso, an Italian leader in the sector of injection moulds for plastics and rubber, this strategic phase is managed internally by a highly specialized and experienced team.
Our machine park includes high-speed robotic units, for a production capacity of 5,000 moulds per year.
Twelve 5-axis and 3-axis machining centers enables the manufacturing of every mould size.
We realize moulds in aluminium or steel for different types of products:
- footwear (from sandals to boots, also of large size)
- soles
- bags
- fashion accessories
- technical items (furniture, early childhood)
